Job Summary
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will work closely with enterprise, startup, and government customers to understand their business challenges and identify high-impact AI and data-driven opportunities. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions, leading technical discovery sessions, defining architecture strategies, and delivering end-to-end AI implementations from concept to production.
This role requires strong expertise in modern AI technologies, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership. You will play a critical role in guiding customers through complex AI transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand business operations, technical challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Lead technical discovery workshops to identify AI and data use-cases and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Design and define solution architectures across modern AI domains including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI systems, machine learning, and enterprise data platforms.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns based on customer requirements and production readiness.
- Lead end-to-end Proof of Concepts (PoCs), validating technical feasibility and business value.
- Own and manage the delivery lifecycle of AI engagements, ensuring successful deployment into production environments.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams throughout project execution.
- Lead technical responses for enterprise and government tenders, RFPs, and solution proposals.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to communicate technical strategies, project risks, and business impact effectively.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards related to scalability, security, reliability, observability, and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, research trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation and technical excellence.
- Maintain adherence to information security standards, secure coding practices, data protection policies, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and production-grade system development.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading AI/ML architecture and engineering initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI and data architectures.
- Experience working across data pipelines, integrations, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI application layers.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements independently within enterprise, startup, or government environments.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, security, reliability, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Experience making architectural decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to mentor engineering teams and enforce architecture and engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Experience handling technical tender submissions and RFP responses will be considered an advantage.
