Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Training & Development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and drive performance.
- Support the design and implementation of Succession Planning strategies to develop future leaders within the organization.
- Drive Employee Engagement programs aimed at strengthening workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development planning.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational excellence.
Expected Profile
- 4 years of Human Resources experience, with hands on exposure to Training & Development and Employee Engagement preferably in hospitality industry
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
