Business Development Manager – Air Freight / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the air freight business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

  • Utilize an established air freight customer base to achieve revenue and volume targets.

  • Maintain and strengthen strong working relationships with airlines, overseas partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth handling of air freight shipments.

  • Provide accurate quotations, negotiate rates, and close profitable business deals.

  • Stay updated on market trends, airline pricing, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the air freight or logistics industry.

  • Must possess an existing air freight customer base.

  • Sound knowledge of air freight operations, documentation, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent relationships with airlines and airline representatives.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
