Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (ICT) to drive new business growth across system integration, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored ICT solutions that meet customer needs while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in system integration, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.

Identify, target, and engage potential customers across key industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and other relevant sectors.

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Understand client business requirements and propose customized system integration and ICT solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Present ICT solutions in a clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate pipeline management.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in ICT sales or business development, preferably in system integration or digital transformation projects

Experience selling solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients
