The Job
• Lead the end-to-end feasibility checks of new products and services launched by Dialog with Charging aspects
• Management of the product launch lifecycle to make sure approvals, documentation, security aspects and other pre-launch aspects
• Provide strategic feedback on OCS and related charging systems and processes for projects
• Lead and manage OCS / Core rating and charging system related projects to define the scope and architecture, project resourcing, execution and on time delivery with minimum impact to the business
• Lead and manage projects under charging systems for quality and timely delivery
• Make sure optimum blueprint is implemented by replacing / upgrading and introducing modules such as redundancy, backups, security fixes etc.
• Assignment and management of peripheral applications and their proper monitoring integration with the monitoring tools
• Management of new script development for monitoring in align with new service launches to minimize future service interruptions
• Provide necessary consultancy through the technical / Management know how for other units to improve operational excellence
• Adapting new technologies according to the blueprint of the company to optimize the time and resource utilization such as RPA, AI, AWS Cloud, and Containerization
• Work on Linux environment
• Involve with CI/CD pipeline configuration and management
• Container architecture such as docker Kubernetes
• Database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Align with security fixes.
The Person
• BSc in Engineering from a recognized university
• 3-4 years of work experience.
• Expertise in 2G to 5G technologies and charging systems
• Knowledgeable in IT trends, dialog service blueprint, and network architecture
• Skilled in tariff and rating implementations for multiple communication streams
• Sound knowledge about software development lifecycle
• Scripting and basic programming (Shell, PHP, and JAVA, etc.)
• Knowledge on development frameworks (Spring Boot, JBoss, etc.)
• Knowledge on Databases (MySQL, EDB etc.)
