Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The role involves managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, paid advertising, content execution, analytics, and lead generation, while ensuring strong brand consistency and measurable performance outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, and other digital channels.

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent brand representation.

  • Oversee visual and communication content across all digital platforms to maintain brand consistency and quality.

  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support website updates and ensure alignment with ongoing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM activities.

  • Develop integrated digital marketing plans covering paid advertising, creative content, channel selection, and technical strategies.

  • Drive targeted and regional lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on measurable performance outcomes and ROI.

  • Conduct audience, market, and consumer behavior research to design targeted and data-driven campaign strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure effective execution of digital marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate with external advertising agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Continuously monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related discipline

  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or related areas are an added advantage

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in managing social media platforms and end-to-end digital campaigns

  • Advanced working knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize visual content, digital assets, and social media materials

  • Strong strategic mindset with a proactive, methodical, and results-oriented approach

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong presentation and reporting capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams, and manage external agencies effectively
