Interior Design Executive

Job Summary
The Interior Design Executive will be responsible for preparing and delivering design solutions based on customer requirements, coordinating closely with the sales team, and ensuring timely submission of designs and drawings. The role involves site visits, customer interaction, and supporting sales teams with product and design knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and drawings and ensure they are delivered to customers on time.

Understand customer requirements clearly and propose complete, practical, and suitable design solutions.

Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on customer orders based on approved designs.

Work closely with all sales staff and provide design and technical support across customer segments.

Conduct site visits when required to gather accurate measurements and develop appropriate designs.

Provide periodic training to the sales team on new designs, products, and solutions.

Ensure designs align with company standards, customer expectations, and product offerings.
Role Requirements

Degree in Interior Design or a related qualification.
Experience
-
Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design experience.

Experience using 2020 Design or any other interior design software will be an added advantage.

Fluency in English and Sinhala is mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.

Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
