Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Executive to manage, develop, and grow strategic client relationships within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with an ICT system integrator, a solid IT background, and a proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver suitable ICT solutions that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Understand client business requirements and propose appropriate ICT and IT solutions

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation

Monitor account performance, prepare account plans, and provide regular updates and forecasts

Stay updated on ICT market trends, products, and technologies to effectively advise customers
Key Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Key Accounts Executive or in a similar account management role

Prior experience working with an ICT system integrator is essential

Strong IT background with a good understanding of ICT solutions and services

Proven experience in managing and developing key customer accounts

Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions

Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and achieve business targets
