Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Executive to manage, develop, and grow strategic client relationships within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with an ICT system integrator, a solid IT background, and a proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver suitable ICT solutions that drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Understand client business requirements and propose appropriate ICT and IT solutions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

  • Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation

  • Monitor account performance, prepare account plans, and provide regular updates and forecasts

  • Stay updated on ICT market trends, products, and technologies to effectively advise customers

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Key Accounts Executive or in a similar account management role

  • Prior experience working with an ICT system integrator is essential

  • Strong IT background with a good understanding of ICT solutions and services

  • Proven experience in managing and developing key customer accounts

  • Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions

  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and achieve business targets
