Manager- Research & Development

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the Research and Development team in creating new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation in product development.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain product excellence and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in food product development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and formulation principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation in the food industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food manufacturing.
