Manager- Research & Development

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Research and Development team in creating new food products from concept to commercialization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation in product development.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain product excellence and safety standards.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in food product development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and formulation principles.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food manufacturing.
