They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Sales to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to ensure timely conversion into confirmed business
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers on all proposals and inquiries
  • Coordinate closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and prospects
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics solutions to potential clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude
