Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, strengthen corporate partnerships, and drive business expansion for our environmental engineering and waste management solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B marketing and business development experience, preferably within environmental services, waste management, engineering, industrial solutions, sustainability, facility management, or related sectors. This role requires expertise in corporate relationship management, commercial strategy, partnership development, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, shipping, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure long-term account growth.
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Identify and participate in tenders, RFPs, and project-based business opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop client-focused environmental solutions.
  • Drive brand positioning and corporate marketing initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve business development targets and contribute to strategic business planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Commercial, or Strategic Partnerships roles.
  • Prior experience in environmental services, waste management, engineering, industrial solutions, sustainability, water treatment, facility management, or related B2B industries will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong network within corporate, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or government sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
