About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing food production and delivery company specializing in freshly prepared lunch meals for offices and factories. Orders are placed through direct corporate partnerships and via their mobile platform, Pink Panda, designed for convenient pre-ordering and timely delivery.
They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the production and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily operations including food production, order processing, and delivery coordination
- Monitor and optimize workflow between kitchen, packing, and logistics teams
- Ensure all pre-orders (corporate and app-based) are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Supervise staff, allocate duties, and maintain high performance standards
- Maintain quality control, hygiene, and food safety compliance across all operations
- Coordinate with the Pink Panda team to manage order flow and resolve technical or customer issues
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
- Support inventory management and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in food production or delivery services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with delivery platforms or order management systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure operational excellence
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food production, catering, or delivery operations
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement
- Ability to handle high-volume order environments
