Quality Controller – Food Processing

About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing food production and delivery company specializing in freshly prepared lunch meals for offices and factories. Orders are placed through direct corporate partnerships and via their mobile platform, Pink Panda, designed for convenient pre-ordering and timely delivery.
They are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure high product quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations throughout the production and packaging process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production and packaging process
- Conduct sensory evaluations and physical inspections as required
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality and food safety standards
- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and internal audits
- Ensure hygiene and food safety practices are properly followed within the facility
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a food processing facility
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
- Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and report-writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards and food safety compliance procedures
- Ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with quality inspection and reporting processes
