We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in the packaging industry, specifically in polythene products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

Manage and lead the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal attainment.

Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic plans.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing sales in the packaging industry (polythene sector preferred).

2–3 years of managerial-level experience in a similar industry is essential.
