Candidates will be engaged in both frontend and backend development, database management, testing and end-to-end system integration from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance
Job Description

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Develop and maintain systems across domains such as public infrastructure, finance, distribution, and communications.

Design and implement application software for industries including biosciences, call centers, GIS/mapping, and image processing.

Build and maintain customer-facing web applications such as e-learning platforms, SNS tools, and reservation systems.

Create and manage databases and middleware, including SQL development and ERP/SCM/CRM system integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Utilize Java-based technologies and frameworks including Java, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, and follow Agile methodologies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on involvement in frontend, backend, and testing.

Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.

Experience with database design and SQL development.

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or higher (NAT equivalent acceptable).

Strong Japanese communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
