Senior Manager – Project Sales & Client Relations

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Project Sales & Client Relations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors, while driving sales performance and ensuring seamless project coordination within the hospitality and interiors space.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong network in Sri Lanka and Maldives, and proven experience in managing project sales, client success, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.

Drive revenue by strategically managing project sales, exceeding assigned targets, and identifying new business opportunities in the hospitality and interior sectors.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle tendering, documentation processes, and ensure optimized cash flow and receivables through effective financial planning.

Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to align marketing efforts and promotions with business goals.

Lead and motivate a team to maximize productivity, collaboration, and performance towards collective targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Business Management or a related field

PMP Certification (preferred)

8–10 years of relevant experience in project/hospitality management and B2B sales

Strong network with architects, contractors, and decision-makers in Sri Lanka and Maldives (preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management abilities

Experience in handling project documentation and tendering processes
