Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager – Agile Delivery will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering complex software and technology initiatives. This role combines traditional project management frameworks with agile methodologies, ensuring projects are executed with precision, transparency, and alignment with stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will foster continuous improvement and agility across delivery teams, driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resource allocation and ensure optimal team productivity.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and track performance against objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and implementation of best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving delivery bottlenecks promptly.

Qualifications & Experience
- Over 10 years of project management experience in technology or software development.
- Strong background in both traditional and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification required and at least one Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead teams through both structured and Agile delivery models.
