Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, be detail-oriented, and help ensure the smooth operation of our store. You will assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floors and storage areas.
- Help with visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
